Hubby suspended for theft..
rebel11 replied to deathbycrayons's topic in Employment and minimum wage problems
Doesn't the company bring itself into 'disrepute' by acting in this appuling manner, clearly a complaint has set off the other events. In the handbook it says if you have a 'grievance' then you should pursue it with management. It even tell's you what to do. When you do they get vindictive, a very mature 21st century organisation. It might be best to exhaust all the company grievances first, that way the Employment Tribunal can see that you've tired everything to resolve the matter. -

You could write to the Director of Human Resources, thats what I would do. Why can't he resign within 2 months? Why don't they want you to post on here? Why the final written warning? -

Someone else's info on my SAR response?

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/67100-breach-data-protection.html I would also write to the people whose information has been breached. -
I think there is a Template letter that you can send to the debt company to let them know your account is in dispute.
-
I don't think they can do that, I'm no expert, but from what I read here. You've put the account in dispute by claiming bank overcharges + interest. Don't forget the bank said they can't do anything about the charges until the porceedings with the OFT come to an end.
-
I'd call that a great result.

As I said you can't expect to get any sense out of the Boss. The Boss is struggling, because things aren't going the way he invisaged. He expected your other half to lay down and take the rubbish. I would send him an innocent e-mail requesting the address of the local Health & Safety Executive and how to get there. Keep your head up.

I would inform the data protection people, that is totally unacceptable. It probably breaches the Data Protection Act. -

The thing is it was probably the wrong kind of case, to be presented as a 'test case'. Didn't the Judge pass the case on for some clarity.
