  1. Right banking code states they have to give u 30days notice to withdraw overdraft and by that time they can get rid of your overdraft now dca rarely visit houses and if they did tell them to bog off ring up barclays asap as it's a small amount and set up payment plan
  2. The thing is the csa are very strong they are government backed you need to come to an agreement what u owe you need to prove your earnings over the years that there claiming for if u do a data request by law they have to give u this and then u can work out TRUE figure

  6. Ok first 1. Open up new account examples post office/ cash plus/ co op all basic accounts do this imediately now / TODAY 2. Sar bank regarding all statements and work out charges and interest 3. Tell them your not taking anymore Work out charges and example overdraft £2000 charges £1500 difference £500 write a full and final tell them you will pay £500 owed that's it no more and sod off fair !! Well I believe they will avoid sending out early facility letters stating the phrase " penalty charge " there's a lot on threads now where people are being threatened with court procedure over overdrafts and they are sar there banks to work out charges if court action becomes a reality using the charges issues as conterclaim I think it's the way foward and if the dca are brave enough to start court procedure regarding unlawfull charges on the account I really appreciate your input citizen

Update decided to double up on parachute accounts and 8 days to go before final overdraft cancellation checked online this morning expectingbthe usual 1. £54 interest 2. £12 account fee but only the account fee so something going down but not sure quite what it is yet but when I do I'll post up also early days for the lloyds DSAR but when it comes I want to calculate every charge from 1986 and I won't take no for an answer!! Ps ..... ATM scenario could you put an account in dispute for this????

  15. Rob if I was YOU I would cancel overdraft but I would write an email to lloyds CEO exlaining your cancelling your overdraft and closing your account because of the pressure you felt and the way you have been treated google banking code and scroll down it's there TRUST ME!!
  16. IMHO I would get doctors note on your condition and notify your mp the csa don't like getting involved with medical issues with there ex's bad press not good trust me I think you will find they will leave you alone on medical evidence

I'm going down that road to lloyds tsb there cancelling my overdraft 19 October od £4k sent letter to CEO and told them since 2000 3500k charges £9000 in interest od was 9k until 2005 when I reduced to £4k sar done and asked for all statements from 1986 when account was opened still waiting for that and wrote letter to customer support to let them no that a counterclaim is being made for all unlawfull charges it's a case of no more £53 a month interest £12 service fee and £5 a month for unplanned overdraft fee it's time to say get lost lloyds tsb
