Maybe I'm wrong as i know BF you are the master THE BANKING CODE 2008 CHARGES Section 5 5.1 when u become a customer we will give details of any charges for day to day running of the account you have chosen 5.2 you can also find out about these charges by Phone Website Asking our staff 5.3 if we increase these charges or introduce a new charge we will tell you personally at least 30 days before the charges comes into force 5.4 we will tell you the charge for any other service or product before we provide that service or product and when ever you ask 5.4 before we take interest or charges for standard account services from your current or savings account we will give u atleast 14 days notice on how much we will take

I have paid £35000 in 7 years If you can't prove your earnings I'm afraid u will have to pay I think you should seek legal help If you can't afford to pay back full figure your well within your rights to offer monthly arrear payments But your dealing with idiots who simply don't care I'm sorry but that's the way it is When I'm out of work I write Csa a letter And tell them and when I go back to work I tell them then start paying again

If u avoided paying something for your own kids upkeep then I have no sympathy for you If the Csa has estimated wrong then ring up tax office for your earnings for the years they require It's as simple ad that If u were not working and u can prove your earnings u have nothing to worry about!!!! So what's the real story????? R u lying?

I have paid ni contributions in 15 years only the 8% on the yearly self assessment form I to am self employed -
