After speaking my mind BIG TIME to my doctor last night (he would not believe me) he has rung this morning,after speaking to my Consultant, (who I just happened to ring after my visit to him-meaning Dr) backpeddling like a hamster on speed and asked me to re-consider taking it any futher i.e MGC This has REALLY brought a smile to my face and better still taken one off his !

My friend paid for me to go and see TAKE THAT for my up and coming birthday. What a great pressie! They were absolutely fantastic. Gary Go and James Morrison supporting acts. (did not think much of Gary Go) I was shouting so loud that Jason turned round and waved at me ...............the pain from my crumbling hip and back from standing and jumping around for 6 plus hours just evaperated...I just knew he was into older women:D Thought I had better add that I have been in bed with horrendous pain since getting home Saturday morning and back on the morphine but god was it worth it. Another memory for my 'box' for the Old Folkes Home

Latty I really enjoyed it. My friend lives in Barmston on a farm so we took the horses down to the beach (I may add that mine had a BIG dip in its back when I got off.....I kept looking for the RSPCA! that was after having to use step ladders to get on the bugger!) and then went for coffee on the prom at Bridlington. I travelled to the Isle of Wight on Tuesday and came back Friday (work....looking around their prisons)but I can safely say I really enjoyed it. Johnny...I have a very black sense of humour.......the job does it! Hopefully will meet you in August in Birmingham and then you will see:D

Ditto.... Ruby finished her last radiotherapy treatment last Wednesday and we are now awaiting an appointment with the Oncologist to discuss her case. She had little ASBO for me last week for a few days whilst I was away with work and really enjoyed having her. My sister and I have not given her chance to feel sorry for herself and told her that neither of us can afford a new black suit so she had better be here for the foreseeable future. That made her chuckle ...............and also wonder what sort of kids she has brought up to say things like that to her! She is now back lunching with the ladies she worked at the school with every week and running around tesco's like a whippet. So things are looking ok for Ruby right now. Latty, many many thanks for doing this. Thw world needs more people like you. God bless xxxxx

Dead right. Latty I am in Hull (well Barmston) tonight before travelling to Isle of wight tomorrow. Been to the beach and for a wander around Bridlington. Lovely part of the country. JB:D

I could see myself as Madam Jailbird I think it has a nice 'ring' to it ! I have already emailed Gordon Brown to say I believe he has a massage chair that is surplus to requirements and can I have it please. No reply yet but here's hoping

Bump

Have had for 6 years now so no problems. The majority of the time it is under control but could do with a nice maggaging chair after a long day at work. That work actually being for Mr Malik !

I see that Mr Malik has been told to stand down but still offers no apologies. That is pure arrogance.............I am now in the process of writing to Gordon Brown to ask for a massaging chair for my back due to the cancer I have had in it for a number of years. What do you think my chances are ? I would say about the same as my getting my bank charges back for the summer.
