They sent copy of original agreement (bad copy).Felt I had to comply to stall. :mad:

 

Halifax/BMidshires - Mortgage - £18000 - In process of beginning to sue for them selling the house (after REPO) below the market value. :mad:

Basically it is when a member of bank staff physically looks at your account and stops a payment from being made, etc.

 

As opposed to it being done automatically by a computer.

I am not sure that there is a simple defintion and i havent seen anyone quoting case law so presume there isnt any right now.
