I have a date of 27 September in the Bromley County Court

"Each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing"

I am in the process of preparing my bundle with the very great help of advice in this Forum

The only letter I have received from First Direct during this process was a 'without prejudice' offer which I rejected in a letter in which I also informed the Bank that I would now commence Court proceedings.

Am I right in thinking that I cannot include the Bank's offer letter in my bundle nor my rejection of it? The reason I ask is that, if so, the only correspondence that can be included is my original letter in which I asked for the repayment of penalties. It might appear to the Judge that I did not try hard enough before resorting to the Courts. I did recently write a nudge letter to DG but this has not been acknowledged.

Any help gratefully received.
