mbna have charged us £824 not including int. last year they gave us back £360. therefore they still owe us £464. they have responded to our lba with a payment of £370. they have already arranged to refund this to our card as a full and final settlement (we don't have to sign anything). this is £94 short also not with the interest of £139.22.

i realise they do not have to refund interest unless we won at court. we asked for the refund to be sent as a cheque.

should we accept this £370 or pursue it further for the other £94 plus interest?

can we make them refund it to us by cheque?

any advise greatly appreciated.
