Query about the schedule of charges

Hi all,

 

I have read and re-read all of the info on here and just want to thank everyone who has offered advice and help.

 

I am putting together my schedule of charges and have found that Abbey National did not provide an exact date for all of the charges that have been deducted from my account. The summary of charges that I received from them only has Mar 2004, Oct 2005 etc.

 

I have seen the spreadsheet templates on the CAG site and they all have the exact dates. I can estimate the date that it would have been deducted but it will still only be a an educated guess. Is it acceptable to simply put the month on the schedule of charges that I enclose with the Prelim letter or do I have to go back to Abbey and request more info?

you will probably find if you look on some of your recent statements that the charges go out on the same day every month. So if you have some dates then just use that date for the ones where you only have the month

I heartily concurr with my learned friend , was this schedule of charges a spreadsheet that they typed out? if so I would ring and ask why no dates were included, if she says that they were transcribed from unreadable fiche ask how they managed to get the information then, ask her to put her answer in writing, for no particular reason other than to hack her off lol

 

I dont like these typed spreadsheets, why cant they just send out the bloomin microfiche printouts

Perhaps Abbey don't have enough ink left in their printers with all the SAR they are dealing with;)
