Had all my statements so no need for DPA route - hooray for hoarders!

Sent prelim letter on 19 April followed by LBA on 4 May. Received cheque for half (£160) as a "goodwill gesture" - confirmed that I would accept this but pursue MBNA for remainder (£165). About to issue proceedings yesterday but telephoned Advocate's office first and they agreed to refund outstanding £165.

Very happy - so thanks to all on this Forum. I will make a donation so that you can keep up the good work.
