Well if you read start of the thread you would of gathered it was over charges. Thanks for the link but it still doesnt say what i can exactly claim for

 

You can claim for penalty charges ... charges your bank has made for your failing to keep within the terms and conditions of the account.

 

This include:

 

1) Charges for unauthorised overdrafts

2) Charges for unpaid direct debits

3) Administration charges for accounts not kept within Ts&Cs

4) Charges for letters advising you of the above

5) Interest the bank has charged you on the above charges

 

There may be other things I cannot think of right now.
