I need someone to please shed some light on this. I am with Capstone or SPML as they call themselves. I need to know whether I can claim my charges back from them as they charge me for late payments and these charges are a quite high. Can I claim this as well?

Help needed.

You can claim these back like Goldlady sai but it can take a while. Is this going to be a permenant thing you paying in the middle of the month? If it is then ou are going to have to try and stop them charging you altogether as they will do it every month. Remeber to write to them though so they will then write back and you will have proof of what is said.
