It still baffles me why you were not given a STEP account by NatWest. It is bizarre. Co-op is always a good bet - but hey - I don't take anything for granted these days .....

Lorraine

I've just filed my N1 forms....they are easy to fill out. If you look at my thread you'll find all the info you need.

Just make sure you have 3 copies of :

the N1 form, the particulars of claim and charges spreadsheet.

Attach them altogether with payment..cheques made out to HMCS

Make sure you've added on your 8% interest on your spreadsheet for that little Xtra :-D

Hi guyz & dollz,

This is a link to a thread I posted based on some inside information i was given- maybe not 100%, but its beginning to look like it maybe?

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/halifax-bank-bank-scotland/88900-my-own-whsitleblower.html

All i would advise is stick to YOUR timescale indefinitely- afterall, if they were claiming against you, it may be a bit different?!
