Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

Right, firstly. Dont worry, the hearing tomorrow is just a prelim hearing to decide how the main hearing will be organised.

 

Just take your letters/spreadsheets/copy of claim/AQ and any other correspondence with you, I remember you said in chat that you had already submitted the court bundle? Is that correct. Also familiarise yourself with the basic principles of your claim and the Consumer legislation/Statute Laws that support your case. Dont worry you wont actually be arguing anything, just make sure you are prepared.

 

As long as you have correctly submitted your claim, claimed 8% interest and it is for charges within the last 6 yrs, there is no reason why this shouldn't be a perfectly simple preliminary hearing.

 

Did you call Cobbetts today to see if they had merely 'forgotten' about you? It does happen.

 

There is a high likelyhood they will settle with you before the hearing, that is if they even bother to send anyone at all.
