Hello everyone

New arrival to consumer group seeking helpfuladvice about reclaiming bank charges.Have no problem in how to go about reclaiming my son's charges form NatWest, with which he as a student account and bank charges £500.But the biggest problem having been already refused a Halifax student account because of credit scoring,is to get an account with another bank set up in case Nat West close his account down. His credit rating is probably based on him exceeding his overdraft facility on a previous NatWest bank account in 2006

Any advice or should we pick with NatWest

Many thanks

Hello and welcome Bob,

It's always better to set up a parachute account, I was with the BOS for over 26 years and yes they shut my account after I claimed, also told me to cut up my Visa card !(nice people) Anyway read up as much as possible, everthing you need is on this site, just takes some time to take it all in. Post in your banks forum and people will help you out.

Best wishes.

Regards.

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)
