Lloyds always leave until the last minute and then it takes around a week (depending on how busy and efficient they are) for the court to issue you with the defence and AQ.#

If say after week to 10 days you have heard nothing then give the court a call.

Anyway for the AQ completion see here:

Unfortunately have not won (yet).

With Lloyds, getting judgement in default in not really the answer, in fact I consider that it slows down the entire process, as all Lloyds will do is apply to get it set aside; which they are usually successful with.

I am not sure if this occurs with you but something strange is happening with the above links, they both link to the same place, i.e. the New Strategy, anyway the other link is this:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html

As to the new strategy, then yes post 2 is significant, but it is helpful to read some of the follow on posts as they will probably answer any questions you may have.

It looks like you have got the new strategy order, which is good. You should really post up the full order verbatim.

This is a good link for preparing the documentation:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/guidance-notes/64911-got-court-date-guide.html

The court date is quicker than usual, I have not known Lloyds attempt to get orders set aside, indeed they cannot manage to do anything in 7 days.

This is normal, they do not send them anymore, probably as they have reverted back to this 1 month settlement stay and do not want us to find out until the court have granted the stay.

They get additional time for bank holidays, weekends are included in the 28 days.

They usually file a defence at the last minute. It is best to receive a defence as this means your claim is progressing as it should.

Generally where a defence is not filed something has gone wrong, like the claim form sent to the wrong address.

DBR - sorry did not read far enough back on your thread, my comments still apply though, in that they get additional days for bank holidays and weekends are included in the 28 days.
