Hi all, new to this site, though I have all my statements and I am ready to go through them and get my Request for repayment of charges letter off with my spreadsheet today one thing that I just need clearing up is the interest charges, say if I got a Total charge for £27.50 and a seperate interest charge for 3.75 do I claim for the interest aswell?

You can claim interest, but most people don't bother as it is a little more fiddly...!

monkey and migwee you can claim back some of that interest.
