Please help, I am that sad that have all my bank statements and covering charges summaries for the past 5 years. Thus I have all the information to hand. Is it still necessary for me to apply under DPA for information or can I just send my letter.

Also, charges are due to be applied on 26/4 - should I wait and include them?

Thanks all

I would make the DPA request - it extends the statement request to include details of any manual intervention in your account, or a confirmation if this has not taken place. Requesting this information will cover your back in case of any future problems.

Regarding charges next week - it's only a few days, so yes, it may well pay you to wait a few days.

Good luck.
