Hi

New to this forum so a bit lost in navigation!

Ive a problem with Harlands/CRS and would appreciate some advice with.

I cancelled my dd back in June as i was diagnosed with a medical condition which prevented me then and still does from physical activity at the gym. I was requested to send a confirmation letter from GP to Harlands which I did however it turns out some 2 months later that they claim they never received it and as a result the debt had been passed to CRS for recovery despit me s

Resending the same GP letter as soon as i was advised they didnt receive the first.

CRS are seemingly not interested or believe this and continue to pursue me for unpaid fees/admin fees to tbe tune of £90

CRS sugest that it was my responsibility to check that Harlands had received the letter and not their to advise me that they hadnt received it!!

Any thoughts anyone ... getting the usual tbreatening letters!!!

Thanks

hi

you need to start a new thread

of your own please

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Pstep and welcome to CAG

Please confirm what gym this is about.

Harlands/CRS have real trouble understanding anything other than their own point of view.

I assume you did not get proof of posting or of receipt when you sen them the GP letter but please confirm.

Harlands and some of the gyms they work for have a terrible reputation for losing letters and proof about cancelling so you have little to worry about.

You need to know when to simply ignore Harlands/CRS and let them stew in their own juices.

:-)

We could do with some help from you
