Hi New to this forum so a bit lost in navigation! Ive a problem with Harlands/CRS and would appreciate some advice with. I cancelled my dd back in June as i was diagnosed with a medical condition which prevented me then and still does from physical activity at the gym. I was requested to send a confirmation letter from GP to Harlands which I did however it turns out some 2 months later that they claim they never received it and as a result the debt had been passed to CRS for recovery despit me s Resending the same GP letter as soon as i was advised they didnt receive the first. CRS are seemingly not interested or believe this and continue to pursue me for unpaid fees/admin fees to tbe tune of £90 CRS sugest that it was my responsibility to check that Harlands had received the letter and not their to advise me that they hadnt received it!! Any thoughts anyone ... getting the usual tbreatening letters!!! Thanks
