After posting my complaint to the bank, received back a letter with an appointment time, also stating ‘ANY DOCUMENTATION WHICH SUPPORTS THE COMPLAINT’ can anybody suggest anything I can take along, besides bank statements. Is there anything that can be printed off the internet (i.e. the court cases on the letter in the library) etc.

You could print off the Unfair terms in consumer Contracts Regs 1999.

You could also record the mcnamara soundfile in the library onto CD and take a player and play it to them. If you haven't heard it then you should do because it is very significant.

You could also prepare a Claim form and take it along so that they can see what one loooks like wihtout a court seal on it.

Frankly the meeting is very likley to be sme patronisiing nonsense where they make you an offer but ask you to agree nt to challenge them in the future.

Sign nothing

The money is yours. You shouldn't have to ask for it and you certainly shouldn't settle for anything less or anything with conditions.

Have you asked for a meeting agenda? I think that you should. It is your time they are wasting and they should give you advance notice of the course of the meeting.

In fact I think that this is a reasonable enough request from anyone who the bank attempts to haul into some meeting.
