What really sickens me is how other vulnerable people with perhaps not so much immediate support or ability to access the net are clearly disadvantaged in challenging this process.

 

That's exactly what I used to say when I was going through the mill with Atos and the DWP, kahlo. I hope you won't be in this position again, but I think it's worth keeping a copy of your document so you can base any future correspondence on it now you've done all the work.
