Well this is my first post & I have to say it feels a bit scary & more than a little daunting thinking about taking on the almighty First Direct. It's like trying to trip up the Sheriff of Nottingham and grabbing his money bag.

I became convinced however that it can be done by reading the posts here. They have taken money out of my single parents benefits every month, and last month was the final straw when I kicked up a fuss about the charges & they agreed to pay me one month back & not a penny more ever & they were going to write it in my notes that I should not be given a further refund.

My kids deserve a good Christmas dammit :p

Taking benefits is about as low as you can get and gives you absolutely no chance of recovery, good luck with it!!!
