Hello just starting a thread

 

Im preparing to send my sar to Capital one. Over the years due to one thing or another i reckon ive paid my limit on my card 10 times over in bank charges

 

so im going to study faqs and get things in motion

 

this is an excellent site and really glad to read people are getting the justice they deserve

can anyone advise on filling in the n1 form for a credit card is it the same as for a bank or are there slight differences in applying

 

 

or can you use the template in the library

 

 

i am currently waiting to go to court so i am filling my form in ready for the court
