got 4 payday loans need help please

hi everyone i just wanted some advice i stupidly took out payday loans coz had car fault also christmas being here, i owe 4 wonga, payday uk, cash genie , wad , i cant afford to pay them , they are due end of this month i only work part time and need to support my family yes i know its my owe fault but its done now i just waited to know how i go bout setting up repayments plans and what i do first ! if anyone has any advice i will be grateful thanks:|

There is lots of advice on here if you look under payday loans. It would appear if you can't pay the first thing is to sort out your own bank account. Phone your bank and tell them you have lost your card, and your band details were with it. TELL them you are concerned for your identity and you want a new card number and new bank ACCOUNT number. Ensure they understand this.

 

Once this is done, this will stop all the companies taking any money. Now and only after you have confirmation of new bank details is the time to write to all these companies advising you want to set up a repayment plan. Many will ignore you but just keep at it, never give them your new bank details and ensure you pay them into their account. If you have another bank account you could advise your employer to pay into this one if its easier for you.

ok thanks john its my own fault but i needed the money to keep the car going so i could get to my job but now cant pay them back , my wife is worried to death about it i will sort a new account out torrow thanks again

qq wont accept my payment plan so i will just pay them somethink each month but they said they dont accept standing orders or give account numbers for me to pay into !!!! i dont want them having my new bank details so how do i pay them ??????? any idea thanks phil

Paypal use I'm afraid or standing order (take photocopy of order and send recorded delivery), otherwise it's direct debit but you won't want that if their not agreeing as yet

 

A personal choice...

I understand you could wait for DCA ? who would be better maybe with payment methods and setting up plan

:lol:please type in quick quid at the top and scroll tthru others forums this will help u and they will only accept debit card ,direct debit or paypal payments but make sure u cancel ur dd or card asap or they will almost certainly raid ur bank account:madgrin: Edited February 3, 2012 by quackquack
say ur card has been lost to gain a new one from ur bank to stop fraudulent transactions from quick quid

also if u just pay what u can only afford without a payment plan in place with qq they will send ur account elsewhere so go back on the qq site log in and talk to them via chat about a payment plan or just keep emailing them .good luck:-x:?:
