please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Is there a direct link to the form and where it should be sent. There's just to much information. A simple guide for dummies would be excellent.

Hi

OK Dummies guide it is

1-> Make sure you qualify for a mis-selling claim....criteria on fos website

2->Download consumer questionnaire from fos website

3->Prepare schedule of claim (SOC)

4->Send letter to lender with SOC and questionnaire completed

5->Await their final response

6->If they don't pay either pass to fos to deal with (slow) or sue in court (quick)

7->Before doing this...have a good read of ppi threads on this site to familiarise yourself with the process.
