Hi she has filled in the form as you have explained thanks... she is now just waiting for the statement that you said you would prepare,but then what does she do just hand it in and pay the court costs oh what are they likely to be ?

Hi there, the statement is affixed - I will give you instructions for what to do with it when I get home (around 7pm) if that's ok.

You need to fill in the info where there are xxx's in the statement (remove the xxx's). When you print it out make sure that the printer is set for A4 paper (not Letter size) so it all stays on one page.

 

On the budget sheet - write the claim number on the top left hand corner and Appendix 1 on the top right hand corner.

 

Assemble as follows:

 

N244 - signed

Statement - signed

Budget Sheet

Also affix proof that the house is on the market (advert and/or estate agent contract).

 

This forms the pack to take to the court - make sure it is stapled securely together. You will need to take a copy of it all so you have a set to refer to in the hearing. When you take it to the court you will hae to pay a fee of £35.00 and it will have to be cash. The court staff should be able to give you a date for the hearing while you are there.

yea good news she got the judge on her side being mean to the rep from wallers ..lol he said that you can have till the 18th march to try and sell your house as long as she pays 150 per mth great news if no sale come back on the 18th and he will look at the case again ...again thanks guys
