I've made a mistake in that I marked out the figures and other detail in marker pen, now can't read em. I do know though that date of applicant is after date by the company. Does that make any difference ?

 

I will try and find another copy that I have'nt defaced.

So even by looking at this agreement with the dates of the signatures and nothing else, it sounds like its game over and if thats the case a quote of the legislation to the judge should confirm it ?
