do u think i should write to them asking what happened to our original car and why it says in the box that they took it in part exchange for a pound when we was told (and also was advertised all over the telly at the time that they'd give a minimum one thousand part exchange), obviously we wouldn't have part exchanged are car for a pound...it had a few miles on the clock, with MOT and TAX but we would still have been able to sell for 8 hundred...so why would we sell it for a pound? and theres no paperwork other than that small bit that says we part exchanged it for a pound?

I took out a deal with them in 2005 that was the same £1000 off no matter if you car had mot or tax or could even be worth next to nothing and they supposedly gave the £1000. I remember them vaguely saying at the time that to give me a more favorable loan amount rather than showing the £1000 as a part exchange price they just put a £1 in that box and took the £1000 off the new car price itself which was already highly inflated above the market value so theoretically they weren't giving you a £1000 off afterall.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
