Is this an enforceable CCA

Can anybody advise if this is enforceable as a CCA.

It is now with Link Financial who after sending a request back in June they finally sent this in December and the subsiquent letter in Febuary.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Docs are too small to read unfortunately. Scan again and upload to tinypic or similar image hosting site so we can take a look.

Yes sorry for the quality but this is how it has been sent to me coppied onto 3 A4 sice pages and even with a magnify glass is hard to read.

I am going to try and scan again but what it states on the first document it looks and sounds like an aplication form because in part of it i can read the following .......Please issue an MBA Credit Card to me and if aplicable to the person i have named as an aditional cardholder.

 

I will try and scan again better this evening.

The handwritten numbers look like an account number = if so block them out too
