Hi All,

I wonder if you could give me a few pointers.

  1. Sent Data Protection Act to NatWest,
  2. Ceque cashed.
  3. no reply.
  4. Sent LBA to NatWestgiving them 7 days ,
  5. no reply.

What do I do now?

 

  1. Sent DPA to NAtWest credit cards
  2. Cheque cashed
  3. Received my statements
  4. sent off refund claim letter also stating I want my default removed
  5. received fob off letter saying the need to look into matters further and will reply within 10 days.

WHat should I do now?
