  5. Hi Guys, I am a newbie at this so please bear with me. I have sent off a few letters to various creditors and have had two replies so far, one of them being from Lloyds TSB business banking. In the letter they state they are going to uphold their decision and not refund any charges. Their resons are: we charge you when yuor account goes overdrawn and you havent agreed it beforehand it is your responsibility to make sure your account remains within agreed facilities when you make a payment that takes your account in excess of your agreed facilities, it creates extra work for us. we are entitled to set charges to cover the additional work described above. These charges are not hidden and are notified in our published business tariff. It does go on a bit, but they state if I am not happy they will refer my complaint to the Financial Obudsman Service for independant arbitration. They have given me a phone number to contact them, but when I have tried all I get is and answerphone message. The question is what do I do Now. Thanks for taking the time to read this Kevin
