recieved acknowledgement from smile they have recieved my letter for a Subject Access request and £10.00 has been debited from my account they will arrange for this info to be provided within 40days. Letter dated 14th august

just had a quick look at my online statement noticed that my charges for august

are due on the 21st but have been taken today so next month i will incur more charges has this happened anyone ?

What is it you need to know exactly ?

Dont worry about the extra charges ..you can still claim for these right up to filing for court.

If the service charge is for extra features that you benefit from then its not claimable.

The other charges are.

Just looked had a look at the smile website i found this info

if you don't ask us for an increase but go over the agreed limit anyway, we'll have to spend time and money chasing your repayments and you will pay interest of 25% EAR on the overlimit balance, there'll also be a £15 management fee every month and a service fee of £5.00 a day. So it's always better to ask.

i get no extra features so can i claim this?

There are a number of spreadsheets available now, so can you specify which one you are using. I think they all have titles at the top of the columns to show what they are though.

using the simple excel spreedsheet sorry did not make myself very clear

it was column f

If it is the spreadsheet I think it is, then column f is the 8% interest and column e is the number of days since the charge. Check the original template again to make sure that your copy has not been corrupted somehow.
