Got any examples of draft orders ? (never done one before, never had any claims get this far before lol)

AQ filled out, extra's attached, all handed in to the court.

BTW I've received 6 letters from Wescot DCA since placing the Virgin account in dispute and beginning court action and now today received an LBA from Advantis Credit. Do I have grounds to sue for harassment ? And if so how do I proceed ??

Or should I just include all the letters in with the Court Bundle and ask the Court to handle it ??

Bugger :( I had the worlds oldest (he was wearing a cravat) and least switched on District Judge in the world today who despite the obvious evidence in front of him still found in VM's favour grrrrrrr
