Re: MBNA Cant provide original Agreement in response to CPR?

Hey Folks,

 

This came in yesterday for my hubbys MBNA account.

 

Basically they are saying they do not have an original copy of the CA (this is in response to his CPR 31.16 request), and should Avimore have a copy they will forward it if it ever becomes available.

 

What now?

 

They have provided me with what appears to be an enforceable application for my MBNA card, yet today offered me a 40% discount by letter. Cant afford it, but is this the start of a low F&F on this account, even though the CA appears correct? (link below)

time for failure to respond with the required doc letter me thinks

 

have a look in the MBNA forum as you appear to have the bulk standard fob off letter there.

As I have been going through the CPR motions with them, should I continue to letter two as well, or should I halt that now?

 

Im unsure how to push this as obviously an admission in writing is valuable to me.

They are referring to s.78 request where as this is under CPR so the next letter would be appropriate and timely
