Please can someone help me in the right drirection.

I had a old court fine for a driving offence, it went to court and i was ordered to pay £250 i arranged with the court for £5 a week to be taken out of my income support.

this was set up. I then moved address and the dwp cancelled my £5 per week payment without telling me and without telling the court why. I have now had a letter from the company Marstons and no sooner had i receieved this than i whad a angry man banging at my door at 7am demanding £20 a week from me or he would repossess my goods.

I explained this is the fault of the dwp and that i am on income support and he said the best he can do is £20 a week, is this the case. why can i not pay £5 a week like arrange previously and why has my debt gone up to £370!!! i am on benefit with 2 children and one on the way! please help with some good facts!!

Without a doubt...a Statutory Declaration is required IMMEDIATELY.

Marston's have charged you a letter fee of £50 and a visit fee of £175.

In the first instance, have you telephoned the Magistrates Court to ask why the deductions were stopped.

I think that I have a template Statutory Declaration that could be used and will post back here later.
