default removal help

I would really like some help with a default I have on my file from Hutchinson 3G.

 

When I was on holiday my phone got stolen and was used.

I disputed the account.

I was at the time moving address,I gave them my new address.

 

I thought the issue had been resolved as I did not here from them.

A year later I found that there was a default on my credit file.

I paid off the default amount and it was marked as satisfied.

 

I have for the past 6 months contacted Hutchinson 3G asking the default to be removed:

 

Because I was not served default notice (I was not even living at address they had on file)

 

The account was under dispute.

 

I have asked for proof the default had been served.

I have asked for copy of the agreement.

 

They have all but ignored my communications.

 

 

Now I just want to pay a solicitor to issue a claim through the county court. Can anyone point me in the direction of a solicitor who can do this ideally someone who feels strongly about these type of injustices.
