Paying off an old Natwest overdraft here, just under £1000 at the moment, agreed to pay £50 per month, but just found out half of that is going in interest.

I asked them for a copy of the CCA and they have come back saying a copy of a signed agreement is not available.

Is this right..?

And do they not need to supply anything when I ask..?

Ps, the account is `non operational`(their words) as they put it out of action as a punishment for me claiming back £3000 in charges a couple of years ago.

thanks all, I know the great work you do here.

overdrafts are not covered by the cca........

you need to find out what charges have been applied to your account and challenge them

SAR is the way to go

see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,

Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:

Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge

Cry 'God for Harry! England and Saint George!'

:D If you think I have helped, informed, or amused you do the clickey scaley thing !! :D
