But of course what they are willing to accept and what you can afford are two different things. And if what you can afford is less than they are willing to accept then that's tough for them.

Just happened to me today, overnight they reduced my OD to less than 25% of what it formerly was leaving me with an UNAUTHORISED OD amount of £2600 or just over which they are demanding back in full or a minimum of 10% a month which equates to around £380.

 

Worst bit was NO letters to inform me of the change, i also am paper free documents and there is NO record of any letter via that method.......so overnight i have become a Halifax debtor after 21 years with them, loyalty huh!!
