Could you please look at my thread as Ive only got till 5.12.08. :eek:

 

I just want to know

 

 

1,as this is the second visit are the charges incorrect (as far as I can see they are)

2,Since the bailiff hasnt used his registered name on the siezure notice , is the siezure notice and subsequent letter invalid?

3, is my best course of action to inform them of thier mistake and not pay or pay and take it up with council retrospectively?
