Hi,

I am currently going through the motions with MBNA, to be followed by LloydsTSb and I was hoping to get some advice on going through the same motions with the CSA - Obviously not along the lines of unlawful charges but the accrual of arrears through their incompetence and downright shocking administration.

Has anybody been down the small claims route with the CSA? I am 100% confident that any Data Protection Request would not be processed within time and the case could become another landmark judgement for the CAG.

Some advice please.

Thanks

Well, it wdn't be DPA for starters, it wd be Freedom of Information (public sector organisation).

As for the arrears and so on, you couldn't rely on contract law, or the UTCCR to reclaim, so I don't know what law you would rely on. But by all means investigate and see if there is any mileage in this, I'm sure plenty of people would love to see you tralblaze :-)
