i was given ppi by natwest when i was self employed but had only been self employed for 1 month when i took it out. i was told this would protect me if i didn't get continuous income, but having read this forum i'm beginning to think this was a load of rubbish to get me to take out a plan i didn't need/couldn't even use. it was on a 7k loan so ppi wasn't cheap. this was before i properly found the internet so couldn't look things up.

can i get a refund on any of this?

thanks

Hello Screech,

Welcome to the forum,

Do you have the terms and conditions of the ppi policy, that would tell you if you were covered by the policy, but normally you would have had to be in continuious employment for six months.

You will probably find that if you do a SAR, you will find the letter in the sticky section of the ppi forum
