I have received a copy agreement back from the OC (The Bank that likes to promote itself as The Ethical Bank), and although it states that the terms and conditions are on the reverse, they have not actually sent a copy of these, so I shall be asking for these to be sent.

However I now notice that the agreement has not been signed or dated by the OC. Does this make the agreement unenforcable, or can they just sign this form at any time from now on? The application form goes back to 1998.

Appreciate any help or views on the above.

it would mean that its improperly executed,

now whether or not its enforceable by court is another story as it would need to lack certain terms to be unenforceable even by court order

So it's best that I get a copy of the T & C's to see if there are any vital terms missing? What's the chances of these being incorrect as the agreement is 10 years old?
