Hello this is my first post, i have read a number of the threads etc and i am about to start the ball rolling with a claim against lloyds TSB, i have so many questions i dont know where to start, 1. can anyone tell me from experience the likelihood of my account being closed if succesful? 2. My account was mine initally, bacame a joint account around 10 years ago, then back to me around a year ago due to divorce, would this adversly affect a claim? . . . my minds blank already so much running through it, any advice would be appreciated, Thanks

1. It's not impossible. Have a back up account ready just in case.

2. No idea but try it anyway. They might ask for your ex wife to sign the data protection act request as well.
