Thanks Slick for your help.

One last question, is it gonna cost me personally to go to court? Should I do it through small claims? How would I go about it? I have no money, hence asking. I don;t have a problem gong to court to fight, i'm just worried about the funding for this.

Issuing a County Court claim will incur a Filing Fee, AQ Fee and a Hearing Fee. The HMCS site sets the process out here - Making a Claim

If you qualify for remission, Tilly's link above will tell you more.

Technically speaking, you issue a claim at your County Court. How it is allocated (Small Claims, Fast Track or Multi Track) depends on the amount of your claim and possibly also the complexity of the issues involved.

Any claim made will include the court fees paid.

If you lose a case on the Small Claims Track, your exposure to costs is usually less than the higher tracks.
