Im just after some advice on a speeding ticket. The offence is from 16/04/15 it took 2 months to come through as I had accidently delayed in changing my address on vehicle when i moved, so I know I cant quote the 14 day rule to them. At the time i said i thought it wasnt me as i had sold the vehicle, after a delay I got a letter back saying the photo looks like me. I then asked to see a copy of the photo which i admit does look like it me but im still unsure as the picture not clear. It probably is me though. However, todays date is 15/10/2015 meaning tomorrow the offence will be 6 months old. Ive read that the police have 6 months from offence to prosecute. What is best course of action? Should I just write back and point out something along the lines that im still unsure weather its me driving but the 6 month deadline has now passed to prosecute whoever the driver is?

Hi all, I had an Atos Medical booked for a few weeks ago but got a letter from them last minute saying my medical had been rearranged to 16th of Feb. I suffer from depression and anxiety and am not looking forward to this at all. Does anyone know what to expect? What will they ask or expect me to do? Im really worried and anxious about it and would love to hear form anyone who has attended one, especially for depression. Thank you!

More for getting my own thoughts straight on defective D/N's I understand that the DN must specify a date for settlement and not "28 days ( or whatever) from the date of this letter. So, if a DN is deficient and defective can any DCA be told to get knotted on this or should it be initially via the CCA route/"Bemused" letter? and presumably it is not a good idea to tell the OC that their DN is rubbish? perhaps, if it ever gets that far, to wave it in Court? In addition, I presume that being sent a specimen pro- forma DN letter, with no specific personal details, never mind exactitude of dates is also to be regarded as worthless? Sorry if this appears silly questions, I am preparing a flow chart guide and want to get all aspects covered, I am very comfortable with CCA, bemused, defaulted, and all the other template letters so helpfully found here Many thanks

Good morning everyone. I have a tribunal scheduled for the end of April to hear my unfair dismissal case. My ex-employer is saying that over the last couple of years we had several meetings discussing my poor performance which is untrue. When it came time for us to disclose our list of documents he applied for a 5 day extension which he received. I believe he wanted the extension so that he could fabricate the minutes of the meetings. I've heard about metadata and wonder if there is a way I can prove that all the minutes were produced at the same time. Any advice would be really appreciated. Many thanks
