I think you should try and contact B's litigation team and ask them if they could inform you who is dealing with your claim as you have a court date and was wondering if they would like to settle to avoid any further time and costs
-
Wouldnt know Nutty as in STILL waiting for my statements !!!!!!!! with highlighters of various colours primed ready for action
-
Try phoning B's litigation team and ask if they could inform you who is dealing with your claim so that you can send all documents to the right person ...... you never know they might want to settle

Bet your not scared now Muggles -
You cant claim the account fee that is actually a charge for a service .... i know that you can claim some of the interest charged but not all of it,as it can involve a lot of work and it doesnt really amount to much so most people dont bother with it

Slick v Barclays(business) ***WON***
saintly_1 replied to slick132's topic in Barclays, BCard and Woolwich successes
Very much doubt that you will lose the earliest charge -
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/182-6-interest-calculation-spreadsheets.html Input all your charges and dates into one of these it works out your interest for you
-
All you need to send is an updated SOC ... the ones from here automatically update the interest ..... Also you should really stick to 1 thread so people know exactly where your upto
-
Interest is only added once you reach the filing of the claim From now on Everytime you send a SOC send one with the interest on it
-
You can add charges upto filing your claim as for the single charge that will be outside the 6 years i would be tempted to leave it in as i have read of others getting them back
-
You will have to send to Northampton ....... did you not say that you would be claiming interest @ 8% on your mcol form ?
-
No you havent 'won' yet they have till the 28th to defend ..... and possibly a few extra days that they often seem to be able to get away with
-
I think so but some courts are dispencing with the AQ

Caz V Barclays / Woolwich **WON**
saintly_1 replied to CAZKATJOE's topic in Barclays, BCard and Woolwich successes
Caz have you got the direct contact number for Kate i think Karenann could do with it http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/barclays-bank/52052-karenann-barclays.html -
You should inform the court that they have settled for the full amount ...... however if the money is NOT in your account yet i would go to court and inform them that alltho they have settled in full untill the money has been recieved by you then you would like the court to keep the case open until you actually have the money
