im sure that if only 1 needs to sign the cheques then only 1 name is needed im sure someone will correct me if im wrong tho

Daren .. there were 2 cases heard today by the same judge the 1st person had sent a letter to the court . he is the one who didnt follow the guidance of this site The second person to whom the judge ruled against was infact described as a model litigant where it seem the judgement went against him was by saying he believed he was not in breach of the contract the judge decided then that the charges where for a service and not a penalty

if you used the spreadsheet from here it automatically updates everytime you open it ..... the court fees are not added to your list of charges as you cant claim interest on them . No B's wont settle in 14 days . they have the 14days to submit their defence .... yes pm a mod with your claim details

i dont see why not ..... 0.4 of a penny wont add much and i doubt them arguing over it when it comes to the final settlement ;-)

They have 40 days from the date the recieved the S.A.R's thats consecutive days including weekends .....
