  1. Very useful information Jonni2bad, thank you.
  2. Hi again tawnyowl. As long as you can show you can make regular payments plus a reasonable amount towards the arrears, then I'm sure you will get it suspended. We had £6600 arrears and had made no payment for 6 weeks prior to our hearing and the DJ was sympathetic and agreed a suspended repossession order, it was also the second time in 11 months we'd had to do it. The DJ also ordered the first payment to be when hubby got paid, as we had the paperwork with us to prove this. I'm sure you will be fine and will be thinking of you.
  3. They might just have sent the letter in error or some bright spark has seen that no payment has been made on the account and decided to send the letter to you. I'd file it under 'I' for ignore and wait for a response to your CCA request, or you could always report them to TS for chasing a disputed debt.
  4. My personal opinion is to bunch them together, I've just done the same for Cap 1 for hubby as I don't want them to know who we are paying and then try and dictate who gets what. I didn't list any of the creditors, just a description like 'catalogue' or 'loan'. Also, I've just received my SAR info from a previous mortgage company and they included a printout from their system detailing all actions taken on our account, including when we sent an I&E form in ad they had noted on our account what we were paying and that some creditors can be reduced, cheeky
  5. I think that PayPal will deduct the cash from you, so I would definitely chase up DHL and also remind the buyer that they should have paid for insured delivery if they wanted to ensure it arrived. I've sold on eBay many times and always told buyers that if things go missing in the post then it's down to them to chase it up, not me as I've fulfilled my side of things, as you have too. Good luck
  6. That last one is easily my favourite

  9. Hi Mutt Have you had a read through the FAQs at the head of the forum? You might be able to find your answers there. I'm about to start the same with GE Money too so good luck.
