  1. Hi Yellow160. You say that Orange refer you back to the DCA when you try and pay them, can you not pay them through online banking? Just a thought and good luck.
  2. Signed by hubby and me, this broke my heart when I saw it on the news.
  3. We had some fun with Welcome, they refinanced hubby's original finance agreement when he fell behind and being ignorant, we went along with it. Good luck with them and don't let them try and refinance anything.
  4. Hi lilal. You should always request information in writing, with the appropriate fee and I think what you should have done is a SAR not a CCA. The SAR carries a fee of £10 and will give you all the information on your account. More information can be found here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/mortgage-companies/139339-what-you-can-cannot.html and here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/mortgage-companies/52020-mortgages-faq.html
  5. Hi, this link here should answer your questions - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/debt-collection-industry/105315-my-agreement-enforceable-useful.html Good luck
  6. Good luck, try to stay positive and look on the plus side, at least you've got Kensington off your back and you don't have to worry anymore.
  7. Hi Olive and I'm so sorry you are in a bad place again. Please try not to feel bad or stupid, it's so easy to get into trouble, we've all done it in one way or another. All the very best of luck for the 13th and also, we had 2 hearings within 11 months and got the eviction suspended again, all is not lost
