Hi i was able to apply to Northampton and have my PCN sent back to the council. I want to appeal as the photograph says I am turning right in a no right zone. The picture is unclear to see any signals of no right turns, also the pics state that I am stationary but not actually turning right. I am awaiting the video evidence, but I feel I want to appeal. Any thoughts??

Okay, my driving licence is updated to my address. My ex wanted me to register the car at his due to him using the car. I left due to domestic violence and he refused to give me my letters and some of my belongings. I had to instruct somone to go to the house to try and collect the letters, he still refused.

I received a letter today from Collect Services regarding a penalty charge notice on the 16 May 2016. The vehicle was registered at a previous address where the person there an ex used my car and received a previous penalty charge notice for the car. I did not receive this as I spilt up with him and he did not give me any letters, it was not until later that bailiffs turned up at his property that he told me. Therefore I was scared to give DVLA my current address as I did not want bailiffs at my house. I now received a new PCN which i think was due to sitting in residental parking , It is a letter from Ealing council in London stating that a PCN was sent to the previous house in concern of legislation, this is usually the address to which the vehicle was registered with the DVLA at the time of contravention occurred unless an alternative address had been provided. As the sum due has not been paid a warrant has been issued to remove goods if not paid in full. IT STATED. I have a learning disability, and anxiety. I will write a letter to state I am self employed as I trying to legally start. Any help Can I have this sent aside, put back to court for the original charge and what about my ex driving for the first contravention, I cannot prove this??

Is your rent arrears only £170, then they are being bullies u have to be 2 months in arrears if paying rent monthly or 4 weeks if paying weekly. If your on benefits you pay only £3.55 towards arrears weekly- By Law, also as you are a vulnerable customer you do not pay the council liability for those on benefits. Talk about bedroom tax later got to to work.

What grounds are they evicting you? Tell them you have a disability as under theEquality Act 2003 they have to provide you with reasonable adjustments Also have they done the per action protocol with to assess your ability to pay.

Had a little bit of legal advice today, as supervisor singles me out for this discrimination seems i may have a case, also because she makes me feel uncomfotable when shes throwing her breast around in the office showing pictures of mens penis on her phone, showing her stuff as well could amount to sexual harrassment. Also spoke to manager to have time off she said, big no no, manager soooo ignorgrant about my disabilities it is like she is saying actually your to blame...no confidence with her. Really small office with just 4-5 people who have known each other for years, unlike me. I just want to leave....because i did not escort a client away when she was having go at somone in the communal areas of the office they now may put a grevience, warning on me. so really i'm going to see a solicitor next week i will be able to receive legal aid as well. Hi I used to work for my employer under an agency from Feb - Mid July 2011. I was made permanent late July so no longer working through my agency. I am on probation period for 9 months so I have at least 5 months to go. Today my supervisor screamed at me for not putting in full notes regarding a client, she made it out that it was my entire fault although other people have not made the significant milestones regarding this client. In front of another colleague she said my notes were disgusting and repeated it 3 times. I told her that she did not have to talk to me in this way especially shouting at me in front of other staff. In the past she has said I have '****y files' which she denies, called me a 'minger' also names me as 'stig of the dump' because my desk gets in a mess. Although her best friend and other colleague have left a serrated knife on the desk with crumbs on but she says nothing to her. I have told her in the past I have dyslexia, dyspraxia, depression and anxiety. She never really has anything positive to say about me; she makes me feel small and thick (although I have studied a professional qualification). she always on dating sites where other s are showing their private parts, she sometimes sends them pics of hers, she has ripped up her top without notice showing her boobs, talks negatively against travellers imitating an Irish voice. she has really has made my depression worst I have a little boy to look after so trying so hard not to effect him, but she has damaged my confidence, feel ill, headaches. Now the manager wants to speak to me. Do I have a case for direct discrimination, plus can they get rid of me due to my probation period?
